Abstract

A 68-year-old woman was admitted to this institution because she had dyspnea, chest pain, fever, and productive cough. She was diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia. Despite the treatment, she had the same symptoms again. In a second hospitalization, several analyses were performed until we confirmed the final diagnostic: cryptogenic organizing pneumonia.
