We present the case of a 39-year-old patient who was transferred from another health institution with multiorgan dysfunction syndrome after uterine curettage due to fetal death, with acrocyanosis and coldness who received vasopressor amines and required amputation of lesions. Early and aggressive management of sepsis is essential to achieve the best outcome.
