retinacular ligament retraction, deviated from the distal interphalangeal finger left handAbstract
Current knowledge about the structure of the extensor of the fingers are the product of numerous descriptions of anatomists
and surgeons. The ligament system of the fingers is complex and extremely important for the smooth functioning of the various motor structures; oblique retinacular ligaments and transverse are very important in the functioning of the extensor apparatus, any alteration of them, alter the biomechanics of the finger. Cleland ligaments limit the excursion of the soft
tissues in the flexion and extension of fingers, Grayson ligaments stabilize the neurovascular axis in its anatomical position.
